Shipping and Delivery
We work to prepare and dispatch your CozyPad as efficiently as possible. For in-stock items, most orders are prepared and scheduled for carrier pickup within 2-4 business days. For special order colors or backordered items, we provide an estimated warehouse arrival date at the time of purchase and will notify you directly if any timelines shift.
Delivery Service Options
Our most comprehensive service. Your order is brought into your home, placed in your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs), unpacked, assembled, and all packaging debris is removed. A dedicated delivery appointment is scheduled with you in advance. *Please note: White Glove service may not be available in all regional ZIP codes.
Your order is delivered safely to the first covered, accessible area of your property—such as a front entrance, secure lobby, or garage. In-home placement, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.

Faster, guaranteed shipping choices can often be arranged via custom quotes depending on your ZIP code. These expedited upgrades typically apply to Threshold Delivery rather than White Glove service.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- An adult (18+) must be physically present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
- Please ensure all entry paths, entryways, wide hallways, elevators, and stairwells are completely clear and accessible before the team arrives.
- We focus strictly on delivering your new configuration; we do not offer removal or haul-away services for your existing furniture.
