However, because digital screens, display tech, and environmental device settings vary, we cannot guarantee your monitor will replicate the exact textile hue or physical volume precisely. 3. Order Placement & Authorization

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. CozyPad reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline an order for any logistical or regional reason at our discretion. Your payment must be fully verified and processed before an order is accepted into our production or shipping queue. Once an order is accepted, we are typically unable to accommodate cancellation requests due to our immediate fulfillment pipelines. If your order is adjusted or cancelled by our team, we will promptly alert the contact information provided at checkout.

4. Pricing, Taxes, & Billing Integrity

All posted prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include regional sales taxes, custom duty fees, or specialized freight handling costs. You agree to provide valid, authorized payment methods and guarantee that all transaction charges will be fully honored by your financial institution.

5. Shipping, Delivery, & Transfer of Risk

All cited delivery dates and operational windows are realistic estimates rather than legally binding guarantees. CozyPad is not liable for structural delays caused by freight carriers, customs checkpoints, or external logistical events outside our immediate control. Risk of loss and physical title over the merchandise pass cleanly to you the moment the cargo is handed off to the carrier terminal.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

The entire visual composition of our Services—including text, layout designs, architectural graphics, product renders, photography, brand logos, and audio assets—is the exclusive property of CozyPad or our licensors and is strictly protected under domestic and international intellectual property laws. You are granted permission to access this data purely for individual, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized replication, redistribution, or modification of these assets is prohibited without our express written authorization.

7. External Applications & Third-Party Tools

We may provide optional access to functional features or widgets managed by third-party developer platforms. These integrations are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without oversight, endorsement, or liability from CozyPad. Your engagement with any third-party link, app, or operational tool is executed entirely at your own risk.

8. The Shopify Relationship

While our digital architecture is powered by Shopify, all retail transactions are executed directly and exclusively between you and CozyPad. By interacting with the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility or legal liability for the quality, delivery, safety, or transactional fulfillment of your purchases, and you release Shopify from any operational claims.

9. Privacy & Data Integrity

Your personal data submissions are handled strictly according to our global Privacy Policy. Because our storefront operations are deployed via Shopify, certain diagnostic, browsing, and logistical data parameters are securely transmitted to and processed by Shopify infrastructures globally to maintain clean transaction environments.

10. Feedback, Reviews, & Idea Submissions

If you submit specific product reviews, structural feedback, design ideas, or proposals to us (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant CozyPad an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual license to utilize, refine, edit, and publish that material in any media format for promotional or functional use. We maintain no obligation to keep public submissions confidential or to provide financial compensation for layout suggestions.

11. Rectifications & Structural Omissions

Occasionally, digital records or product manifests may contain typographical errors, inventory variances, or pricing inaccuracies. We reserve the absolute right to correct any errors, update contextual data, or cancel affected orders at any stage of fulfillment without liability, including after an initial checkout submission has been logged.

12. Prohibited Platform Uses

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our platform, servers, or content fields to execute any unlawful, abusive, or malicious activities. You agree not to upload malware, track the data of other users, or deploy automated scraping tools, crawlers, data extraction bots, or agentic AI systems to scrape, monitor, or manipulate our digital storefront layouts. Violating these operational parameters will result in immediate termination of your platform privileges.

13. Automated Agents & AI Crawler Governance

Any autonomous or semi-autonomous software application ("Agent") accessing the Services must clearly identify itself in all HTTP/HTTPS headers by declaring a verified user agent string formatted as: Agent/[agent name]. Agents are expressly prohibited from mimicking human behavior patterns, circumventing CAPTCHAs, or masking server source configurations. We reserve the right to deploy technical firewall blocks to restrict any automated agent traffic failing to respect these parameters.

14. General Disclaimers & Absolute Limits of Liability

OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR HOUSEHOLD USE, devoid of any explicit or implied warranties, including implied conditions of merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a specific architectural purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CURRENT LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COZYPAD, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, LOGISTICS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST OPERATIONAL DATA, OR CORRESPONDING REPLACEMENT COSTS ARISING FROM YOUR ENGAGEMENT WITH THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CozyPad, Shopify, and our corporate partners or employees from any legal claims, liabilities, losses, or legal defense fees asserted by a third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any statutory law.

16. Severability & Entirety

If any single provision within these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court of valid jurisdiction, that specific clause shall be severed from the document without affecting the legal validity and binding enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire contractual agreement governing your use of our platform.

17. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactional actions relating to our configurations shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the state and federal courts located within Riverside County, California. Both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction within those venues.
